The word “legislator” originally meant “someone who only proposes laws, not pass them”. You need to have a proposition on the ballot that allows citizens to vote online for laws, not the state or federal Congress. Or at least approve or disapprove of them before they are voted on by Congress. Only citizens who are knowledgeable and care about each bill will vote for it. That’s a bonus. If necessary, start with city and county governments.
